It’s not only more blessed to give than to receive, it’s also a whole lot easier.

I do not believe one can settle how much we ought to give. I am afraid the only safe rule is to give more than we can spare.

The impulse to keep to yourself what you have learned is not only shameful, it is destructive. Anything you do not give freely and abundantly becomes lost to you. You open your safe and find ashes.
