
Irwyn L. Ince Jr.
Irwyn L. Ince Jr. is a prominent pastor, author, and leader in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), serving as the Coordinator of Mission to North America (MNA). In this role, he oversees efforts to support and grow PCA churches across the continent, with a particular focus on church planting, revitalization, and ministerial support. As the first African American to hold this position, Ince is widely recognized for his commitment to fostering diversity and unity within the church, grounded in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Before assuming his current role, Ince served as a pastor at Grace DC Presbyterian Church, where he was known for his dynamic preaching, thoughtful leadership, and passion for discipling others. During his tenure, he also directed the Grace DC Institute for Cross-Cultural Mission, equipping churches to engage in ministry across lines of race, culture, and ethnicity.

Irwyn and his wife, Kim, have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents of four adult children and grandparents to two grandchildren.
