I have been moved to a different course of action, however, inspired largely by my daily exposure to college students in a great university during the course of a preaching and teaching ministry that has now extended over thirty years. Often we are tempted to write off college students as simply people-in-waiting for what we presume to call “real life”; and it has long been an important spectator sport to denigrate the colleges and universities of the land, where such students are found, as places of privilege, indolence, and irrelevance to that “real world”…
