In the article, the writer tells the story of Greg Gianforte, the founder, chairman and CEO of RightNow Technologies. Gianforte started this Web services company in 1997 in the spare bedroom of his Bozeman, Mont. home. It was bought by Oracle for $1.8 billion in 2011.
