Politics and the Resurrection

It seems that every four years, the American people come through another exhausting political season. No matter who “wins,” there are feelings of frustration and disgust on all sides as we observe the behavior and discourse exhibited in the midst of a contentious election. If we are honest, we confess that we are not without sin, and we too have contributed to the problem. It’s easy to grow weary. It’s easy to despair. It’s easy to give up hope.
