Why Preach a Series?

We at TPW are big fans of sermon series. They pull a set of scriptures together in a coherent block and often around a specific theme. Whether you are doing a topical study, walking through the Bible, or tying together lectionary readings, a series that gives your congregation a big picture into which to place each Sunday's teaching has big advantages.

TPW's sermon series are like starter kits for preaching a series. We provide a series of texts on a theme, commentary on the texts, sermon illustrations and quotes, along with liturgy related to themes from the passages. We release a new series every Advent and Lent as well as an annual summer series.
