All-powerful God, we praise You today for Your sovereignty. You rule over all creation. Through the breath of Your Spirit, You give us life. Through the death of Your Son we find acceptance with You. Your power goes beyond all imagination, yet You are here with us now. Guide us in humble worship as we praise Your powerful name. Amen.

Sovereign God. your power and your glory are beyond our understanding; your mercy is vast and your tenderness without end. Look in love upon us assembled in this house of prayer, and show your mercy and loving-kindness to all throughout the world who are united with us in thanksgiving and praise.
