Prayers of Invocation on Example

Eternal God, we praise You for stepping out of eternity to enter this world through Your Son, Jesus. In so doing, You gave us the perfect example for Christian life. You gave of Yourself so that others would learn to follow You. Help us to be transformed by Your presence today so that we might teach others to follow You.

Heavenly Father, You provide shelter, comfort, and hope to us. We lift our praises to You this morning, for Your faithfulness inspires belief in us. Your limitless love reveals more of You to us day by day. As we see You more, our faith increases. Help us to grow in our faith as we meet You in this place.  Amen.
