You founded Your holy Christian Church through faith, establishing this worldwide communion of saints in which all believers are joined by the invisible bond of faith and in which we are gathered around Your Word and Sacraments. 

People: Grant that we, Your holy people, would have hearing hearts, prayerful lips and sacrificial lives, that the Church of God would be enriched unto the salvation of many.
