Laura B. Murray

Laura Murray is an Armenian-American ordained pastor, author, facilitator, and certified spiritual director with a deep commitment to spiritual formation and leadership development. For over 20 years, Laura has worked with individuals and groups, helping them grow in their faith and leadership capabilities. Her ministry is centered around fostering deeper connections with God and creating meaningful, transformative experiences that strengthen the spiritual lives of others.

As the Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas, Laura has made significant contributions by writing devotional guides and studies, creating worship services, and encouraging a vibrant prayer life within the church community. One of her most recent creative projects is the design and development of Digital Silent Retreats, an innovative approach to faith formation that brings the practice of silence and spiritual reflection into the digital space. This initiative reflects her passion for making spiritual growth accessible to people in diverse settings, especially in our increasingly digital world.

Laura’s academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Theology, and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leading Change at Fuller Seminary, where she is focused on exploring how to lead transformative spiritual growth in contemporary church settings.

Outside of her professional life, Laura enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to her husband, Craig, and together they have two incredible children and an energetic pup. Residing in the Dallas area, Laura also believes that dessert is only dessert if it involves chocolate, adding a touch of joy to her personal life.

With a heart for creativity, spiritual depth, and leadership, Laura continues to inspire those around her to grow in their faith and to live out God’s calling in their lives.
